I am now planning to get a new electric bike and sell my Yamaha Mio. The reason for all of this is I want to save more on gas. My Mio consumes 1 liter of Premium Gas per week or Php54.00 a week and sometimes it wouldn’t last a week, like 4 to 5 days only. And I only use it in bringing my son to school, groceries and other places.
My hesitations however is I need first to sell my motor before getting a new one, they say I can only sell Yamaha Mio for only Php 30,000 to Php 35,000 which I bought originally at the price of PHP 54,0000. While ebike from TailG costs Php 26,000 as brand new. Many of my colleagues are also switching to save more money and I hope that if I switch I would not regret it later because ebike cannot go far in places like what my motorbike does.
