Whenever there’s a big event happening in the Philippines just make a negative status about the Philippines and you’ll be famous in a seconds. Just like what Devina Dediva did, making a trend in the Philippines for her comment over Megan Young winning Miss World 2013: “Miss Philippines is Miss World? What a joke! I did not know those maids has anything else in them, ha ha ha”. Although her comments are actually degrading and insulting and more like a tone of a racist, the fact that this person account isn’t really reliable nor real is not really worth of our attention.
But because most Pinoys are so sensitive with even little things or have a really thin onion skin they do not stop there just like that and will pull their every power of social media friends to responds and worst they’ll make the most disgusting comment to the first offender which is actually more embarrassing and degrading in the end.
First of all this person Devina Dediva is actually nobody or maybe just a bogus account so why reacts and respond to her. If only she is a celebrity or very popular person in their country or in Hollywood then go on but she’s just a kid trying to get more attention, more likers and followers and she succeeded.
Second why degrade and insult her too as a human, or with their culture, isn’t it we are more become racist than her. Those who reacts to her status looks foolish that you made the girl succeed to get notice, now she became an instant celebrity on the net.
Where is our humanity now, there are more issues that we need to be resolve in our country like unemployment, corruption and security. Do not waste your time with her, because we deserve to be happier than her, after all we are one of the best beautiful person in the world.
