According to expert and even from ordinary people if none will be convicted from porkbarrel scam this year then it is feared that it will be forgotten and will go on until the next Presidential election in 2016.
And if that happen we will have a continuous nightmare that the PDAF were just converted into another name and the system of corruption still cycles that fewer person like Napoles will continually milking from people’s fund along with its officials and lawmakers conspirator.
If you could remember Corona’s impeachment trial which is in higher position of the judiciary back then, his trial were so fast like we are just watching a conjuring film. And we all know that the main reason for his trial were just a conflict relation with President Aquino and latter he was sentenced with his case of failure to disclose to the public his statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth.
His case was so slim compared with the whole pork barrel scam where lawmakers use the huge budget as if it is their own money which is horrifying and terrifying thinking that we continually pay our due taxes and these bunch of crooks benefited from our money instead for those who really need it.
So the question is, if President can speed up the trial for Corona why can’t he do the same with Senators and Congressmen involved with the issue? Why can’t he do something to clean up the whole government as it is already affecting the reputation of our economy?
Like most Filipino taxpayers we are praying that this nightmare will soon end and hoping to wake up with a happy ending like in the soap opera does.
Let us not forget this issue amidst of all the bad things that is happening in the country, this issue is one of the most important thing to solve in our government following by the crisis in the Zamboanga.
